Best near a window with filtered light — avoid harsh direct rays.
How to care for string of turtles
Bright indirect light. Water when the compost has dried out — the succulent leaves store some moisture. Very susceptible to overwatering. Use a well-draining mix with extra perlite. Feed lightly every 4-6 weeks spring-summer. Minimum 12°C.
Watering
Let the compost dry out completely between waterings. Roughly every 2–4 weeks.

- Stem cuttings laid on moist compost
- Individual leaf cuttings
